Phil was also helpful in ensuring that packing materials got to us within 24 hours of requesting them. On the day (a Sunday), Ken and James arrived on time and in good humour. They worked tirelessly and remained in good humour all day despite our awkward (ex) neighbours, hideous weather and lots of heavy boxes.
