We highly recommend that you leave the logistics, packing and heavy lifting to our team. We don’t advise having family and friends come and help, as this can cause confusion and disruption to our team. On moving day, pack an emergency bag with essentials, a toothbrush and toothpaste, medication, and other items. You may want to bring long-life foods, but you can also relax and enjoy a takeaway on the first day, to minimise stress and the need to sort the kitchen and cook. Keep important documents separate and ensure they aren’t lost or packed into other boxes, as you will want easy access to them.
Keep in contact with our team, and we will ensure you are fully informed. It’s important not to get stressed about unavoidable things, such as traffic, because they’re entirely out of our control. Pack an overnight bag and keep these essentials separate from everything else, so you have instant access to them. You can fill up your car or take these to the new property. Once you have moved, the final steps are to inform your utility companies of the move, prepare to update primary documents such as your driver’s license and doctor’s information, and then enjoy your new move.
